Havas All In

At Havas, we are All In. We are committed to creating a culture where diverse voices and perspectives are encouraged and respected, and where all employees are equally supported in developing their careers. Through #HavasAllIn, our global DEI program, we are focused on a wide range of DEI initiatives including ethnic and cultural representation, gender equality, LGBTQ+ inclusion, disability, wellness, age, and other topics. Rather than the typical top-down approach, All In is focused on engaging all levels of the organization. Our focus continues to be to do more and do better to build a more diverse, inclusive, and just Havas—so that we can make a positive impact on people and society.

Below are some examples of our global Havas All In initiatives:

Femmes Forward

Since 2018, the Femmes Forward program has represented our commitment to advancing the careers of senior manager and director-level women at Havas through leadership development, skills workshops, self-reflection, and opportunities to connect with other women, and an advancement plan to guide their careers. On International Women's Day 2021, the program announced its pivot to a virtual format called FF On Air, to enable continued career advancement and community building.

Pre Pride with Gay Times

In May 2020, All In and Havas Media’s Meaningful Media initiative partnered with GAY TIMES Group for Havas Pre-Pride. The educational awareness program asked global Havas employees to submit their anonymous questions on LGBTQ+ topics, and GAY TIMES contributors provided answers, insights, and supporting resources. The campaign allowed for meaningful education and awareness ahead of global Pride month in June.

Be Kind to Your Mind

In light of World Mental Health Day, Havas All In launched Be Kind to Your Mind, global programming to support employee mental wellness. The program includes four areas of focus: a leadership pledge, live learning sessions on a range of topics, Wellness Wednesdays, and the development of Employee Mental Wellness Champions.

All In for Allyship

Allies are an essential part of advancing our DEI objectives. That’s why Havas All In has launched All In For Allyship (#allinforallyship), an initiative focused on building and highlighting effective and lasting allyship for underrepresented groups. Read more on the All In Blog.
