Our agencies empower our people through a number of unique learning and development experiences, including lunch-and-learns, skill workshops, guest speakers, mindfulness and meditation as well as culture-building opportunities like musical guests, social and networking events, community outreach and more.

Experiential learning experiences such as Havas Lofts and Havas NextGen enable employees to build new skillsets and gain exposure to other markets, making for stronger collaboration between our global employees. Femmes Forward works to empower the women at Havas, and help accelerate the progression of their careers. We continue to introduce new programs that inspire fresh-thinking, exploration, and continual-growth for our employees in their careers.​

A few of our talent programs to keep employees learning and growing globally:

Havas Lofts

Havas Lofts is a 4-week global learning experience designed to give employees insight into how the Havas network operates across its many countries and cities. Lofts participants are matched with an agency in another country, and guided to accomplish specific learning objectives through the help of a host coach. The program centers on building global skill sets, expanding cultural awareness, and enhancing leadership competencies. ​

Havas NextGen

NextGen Is a comprehensive, year-long executive leadership program designed to prepare our organization's high potential leaders for future senior leadership roles. The program brings together 50+ leaders from around the global network for three modules of learning, networking, and skill-building, and aims to build a community of leaders through a collaborative and team-based experience. ​​

Femmes Forward

Since 2018, the Femmes Forward program has represented our commitment to advancing the careers of senior manager and director-level women at Havas through leadership development, skills workshops, self-reflection, and opportunities to connect with other women, and an advancement plan to guide their careers. On International Women's Day 2021, the program announced its pivot to a virtual format called FF On Air, to enable continued career advancement and community building.

Havas Chatrooms

Havas ChatRooms is a a speaker series inviting Havas employees to connect with and hear from internal and external thought leaders on a range of hot industry topics including:​

North America: Havas Connect

Havas Connect is a comprehensive mentoring approach providing mentees the opportunity to connect with and learn from diverse colleagues through a mix of both individual and group mentoring, as well as supplemental learning opportunities like speakers and personal development courses.​

North America: Havas Emerge

Havas Emerge is a 9-month, 3-module program designed to accelerate the early careers of Asian, Black, Hispanic, Indigenous, and other non-white ethnicities. As part of Havas North America’s #CommitToChange plan, Emerge aims to increase representation in management roles across Havas’ North American agencies.​

UK: All In training programme

We deliver our bespoke All In Workshop across the business covering bias, privilege, equity, intersectionality and anti-racism practice. This workshop is now a compulsory part of our onboarding process, setting the tone from the beginning for our commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion.​

India: Women who Inspire

Havas India has kickstarted ‘Women who Inspire’ – an initiative to foster gender diversity and female leadership. ​The objective is to bring about a cultural transformation that will help us to build a diverse and strong workforce that develops more women leaders in the group. our women leaders do. ​
